End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 10/02/2025

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (“User” or “You”) and Nathan Ogunleye (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) for the use of the London Bus Hunter platform (the “Service” or “Software”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

Modify, distribute, or sell any portion of the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Service.

3. Ownership

The Service and all content, features, and functionality included therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Nathan Ogunleye or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. User Data

By using the Service, you may provide personal or usage data. You agree that we may collect, store, and process such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee security.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nathan Ogunleye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
